the christmas train at stanley park is one of my absolute favourite things to do at christmas time. i cannot even begin to remember how many years i've gone on the train, and i was incredibly worried that all of the wind storms this year would thwart my ability to go once again. thankfully, in spite of all of the downed trees, the train was up and running again when we took the senior highs on friday night. i can't be sure if i had more fun looking at all of the lights as we rode on the train or while i was taking millions of pictures waiting in line, but it's pretty clear that i had an absolutely amazing time overall. if you've yet to notice, i'm a pretty huge goof, and when i bond with my camera, i'm even more so. i can't imagine that you need any proof, but here's some just in case:
leslie dared me to pose while riding one of the reindeer. maybe i'm not the most responsible of all leaders, but it made for a fun picture.
